It is highly encouraged to play games as scheduled. The field scheduler or referee makes the final call to call off the game if bad weather. If you do not have enough players, do your best to pull someone from an equal level or younger to substitute. Girls can substitute for boy teams, but not boys for girl teams. (Note: player cards are needed for guest players).

If a game has to be rescheduled because of not having enough players to field a team or an actual storm please remember to contact the following:

1. Contact the opposing coach to get a tentative date & time ASAP (See CWSL website)

Games cannot be forfeited but must be rescheduled or the club is fined $150 for a missed game
