MYSA Board of Directors Meeting

Directors Present: Jim Limmex, Paul Hitz, Rick Cherney, Greg and Karen Purgett

Directs Absent: Steve McCann, Jeff Molter

Guests: Donna Smith

The meeting was called to order at 6:59pm. A motion by Paul and seconded by Karen to approve the minutes. Motion passed.

Correspondence Reports

Treasurer: Rick made a motion and seconded by Paul to approve the report. Motion passed.

President: Nothing to report.

Registration: Donna Smith, coach for the U16 girls is trying to register a girl to fill out their team because of loosing a couple of girls due to injury and other problems. She asked for a $50.00 scholarship for the player. Rick made a motion and was seconded by Paul to approve $50.00 scholarship towards the applicants registration. Vote was 3-2, motion passed.

The motion was passed due to extraordinary circumstances and does not reflect on next years registration.

League Rep. Nothing to report.

Coaching: Nothing to report.

Old Business

Registration for the 2010-11 year will be from August 1, 2010 through October 1, 2010.

Greg made a motion and seconded by Karen to raise registrations by $10.00. Motion carried.


All registrations will be done online. Greg is finishing up the process.

U10: $70.00

U11-U19: $110.00

Registration after October 1 will have a $50.00 late fee for returning players.

End of the year party is set for August 4th at Wildwood Park.

　

It was discussed about possibly paying the for some extra mowing at the UW fields for next year. This was tabled for a future meeting.


Meeting set for 6/18/10 at 6:00 pm at Lincoln Library.
